Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EntrAI service. Specifically:

• To calculate your 90/180-day Schengen compliance status.
• To provide AI-powered travel assistance based on your trip history.
• To display your trip timeline and key dates.
• To send important service-related notifications.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and regular backups. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

EntrAI uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic: for AI-powered chat responses. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Authentication providers: if you sign in with Google or Apple, their standard OAuth data is used.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (trips, chat history, and profile information) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your trip data or delete your account through the settings page. For any data-related requests, contact us through the application.

EntrAI uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
